1. What We Collect

Account information: your email address, used for passwordless sign-in.

Analysis inputs: the business and financial details you enter into the calculator (such as entity types, ownership percentages, profit figures, and planning details). You choose what to enter; the tool works without names attached to businesses, and entering identifying details is optional.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number; we receive confirmation of payment and a customer reference.

Technical data: standard logs and analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) collected by our hosting and analytics providers to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use It

To operate the Service: run your analysis, save your session so you can return to it, deliver sign-in emails, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your analysis inputs with advertisers.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We use a small set of service providers to run the Service, each processing data only to provide their function: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and our email delivery provider (sign-in emails). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or users' safety.

4. Storage, Security, and Retention

Data is stored with our providers using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit your saved sessions to your account. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service with that understanding. We retain account and analysis data while your account is active. You can delete your saved data from within the Service, or request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@multiflowinc.com; we will honor verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to records we must keep (such as payment records).

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may access, correct, or delete the information in your account at any time, and may request a copy or deletion of your data at support@multiflowinc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising them. Our sign-in emails are transactional; we will not add you to marketing lists without telling you, and any marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no consistent standard exists.

6. Cookies

The Service uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for authentication and keeping you signed in, plus privacy-respecting analytics from our hosting provider. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

The Service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the Service.
